-For your convenience and ease of mind, each package is provided with a tracking number (except for domestic delivery). Please note that we do not offer non-tracked surface/air shipping methods as we want to avoid possible loss or damages for both parties without the security of receipt. Be advised that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

-Orders placed on hayancollection.com are processed Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EAT, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders are normally processed within or after 2-3 business days after the order is placed, and payment authorization and verification are confirmed.
-Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

-Custom-made items, sale items, and items altered by special request are non-refundable.
-Shipping/transaction fees are non-refundable.
-We are not responsible for missing packages.

<Return date>
-Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via Email or Form. Claims after 4 days are not eligible for refund.
-Items eligible for returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn/unused, in their original packaging.

<Return postage>
-Items sent back, that are eligible for return, must be and should be sent prepaid via courier. We do not accept CODs.
-Packages should be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.
